Short Term: To bring the Sierra Leonean community together as one family. To serve as a forum to discuss, share ideas about the development of children and young people in our community. To cater for the needs of children and young people in Australia especially New South Wales.
To seek help for educational materials and send it to Sierra Leone for our post war affected young brothers and sisters .
As lack of education are some factors that leads to War.

 Long Term Mission: To build orphanage homes / shelter and schools for the 11 years post war affected children. To embark on sustainable agricultural projects that would support our orphanage homes. To build technical and vocational schools for young people in Sierra Leone. To support education for our young people in Australia and also in Sierra Leone.

Goal : To empower the Sierra Leonean community members towards progressive changes in Australia especially New South Wales. To teach our community to become self-reliant. To create arena for voicing community opinions towards progressive changes. To enhance our community to be more active and adapt to the Australian way of life. To assist members of our organization in time of needs and happiness including all Sierra Leoneans.
